what if I don't know what to book?
You are always welcome to book a Free in person, but if you would like to do it over the phone, I prefer consultations over text so I have your words in writing, as well as inspiration pics and future goals. you can text me at anytime at 832-454-7171
what's your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, that you do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. Any later will result in a 50% charge of your appointment booked which can be a deposit for your rescheduled appointment. No call/ No shows are not tolerated and the 50% fee will be charged and cannot be used torwards a new appointment.
how should I come to the appointment?
For hair color appointments I recommend washing the day or two before your appointment, preferably not the morning of. this ensures that your hair isn't overly oily but also isn't freshly stimulated. The wash, blow-dry, and style is included with a haircut so you can come as you are.
how do I maintain my hair after my appointment?
I recommend getting a haircut every 8 weeks and a good hair care routine to keep your hair happy and healthy. Check out my Haircare Page to see the products I recommend. For my Blondies, your maintenance appointments should be every 4-8 weeks. the blonder you are, the more often you should come in, & I recommend doing a toner in between highlight appointments
